Day 1: Hanoi to Nghia Lo ( L , D )
- Distance: Approx. 200 km
Route: 7:30 AM pick up from your hotel and depart Hanoi via Son Tay, cross the bridge over the Red River, and ride through Phu Tho province into Yen Bai province.
Highlights: Leave city traffic behind for peaceful rural roads, tea plantations, and the gateway to the northwest mountains.
Stay: Muong Lo hotel in Nghia Lo valley .( Private room )
Day 2: Nghia Lo to Tu Le and Mu Cang Chai ( B, L, D )
- Distance: Approx. 100 km
Route: Ride from Nghia Lo through the sweeping valley of Tu Le, then climb the legendary Khau Pha Pass to Mu Cang Chai.
Highlights: Stop in Tu Le to see local sticky rice fields, ride across Khau Pha Pass (one of the four great mountain passes of Northern Vietnam), and view the panoramic mountain vistas.
Stay: Local homestay in Mu Cang Chai. .( Private room )
Day 3: Mu Cang Chai Exploration and Trekking ( B, L, D )
- Distance: Approx. 30–50 km (local riding and trekking)
Route: Local day exploring the valleys and surrounding slopes.
Highlights: Trek or ride through the iconic Mam Xoi (Raspberry) and La Pan Tan terraced rice fields crafted by the H'mong people.
Stay: Second night at the homestay in Mu Cang Chai.( Private room )
Day 4: Mu Cang Chai back to Hanoi ( B, L )
- Distance: Approx. 280–300 km
Route: Return journey along National Road 32 via Tu Le, Nghia Lo, and Phu Tho back into central Hanoi.
Highlights: Final scenic mountain curves descending back toward the delta plains, arriving in Hanoi by late afternoon or evening.
